Very professional and friendly front desk staff (Singh, I think is his name). There was a problem with our booking which he helped us resolve, and then he upgraded our rooms. This was greatly appreciated because it was so late at night when we checked in, and we were very tired and not in the mood to deal with logistic problems like this haha Clean, big room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows Great shower Ample parking Just off the main road so it’s quiet Nice blackout curtains that keep out the lights Only two floors so the hotel isn’t noisy at all, and don’t have to wait so long for the lift haha

I left my laptop bag in the room during the check out. The staff (marina it I'm not mistaken) who worked on 1.11.2024 is so honest and responsible. She sent the bag directly to me in the lobby. Kudos to her and the hotel team. I'm really2 appreciate it. The food is great. Will definitely come again

this is my very 1st time having the best sleeping in ipoh hotel. extreme comfortable bed and pillow, i had a great sleep ever compared to all hotel. the environment is the best without any noise during the sleeping hours. not even noise from the main road. the surrounding is very quite.
